Delicious and original! Today we had ox cheeks with cauliflower, salmon with glass noodles, risotto, currywurst and finally a mousse. The seasoning and combination, especially of the glass noodles, was fruity and harmonious, the ox cheeks wonderfully tender and the children loved the cauliflower and the mashed potatoes. The light salty note on the mousse underlined the nougat and left a smile on the overall dish. You can tell the passion of the cook for his craft, very much again!
